Narec is the only independent company in the market which is involved in all aspects of the marine technology development process. We have tested a large number of devices in our scaled testing facilities and have designed, developed, assembled and deployed full scale prototype wave and tidal devices in the field.

Narec works with developers to take their new concepts into the open sea and with the wider marine renewables industry, to tackle the technical, logistical and commercial challenges to be overcome. We offer a controlled testing ground; supporting projects through all stages from idea generation to design fulfilment and installation in the field.
