COAST PROTECTION ACT 1949: CONSENT NO 34887/10/1/CON

This letter records the amended consent of the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under section 34 of the Coast Protection Act 1949 for the applicant to : Deploy up to two wave buoys and up to four Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) within the area known as BLYTH COAST (WAVE/TIDAL DEVICES), 'the Works', at the following points;
