
Owners, ship agents, masters, pilots and fisherman are advised that GeoSea, on behalf of Narec have undertaken a geotechnical survey within project area of the planed Narec Demonstrator wind farm site, offshore Blyth.
The geotechnical survey comprised of minimum of two geotechnical borehole and associated Cone Penetration Test (CPT) locations. The survey was undertaken using Rotary Coring to depths between 40-50m below seabed level. During operations soil and rock samples were taken from the seabed.
