
The aim of the Scoping Document is to inform stakeholders about the proposed development, the consents required and the planned approach to the Environment Impact Assessment.
For each environmental topic, baseline information is provided, the proposed scope of the assessment in terms of the studies and surveys to be undertaken is discussed and potential impacts of the project which require further investigation are indentified, including potential mitigation and monitoring.
This Scoping Document also outlines the approach to cumulative assessment for each of the topic areas.
